My Investment Portfolio Update: April 2019

Updated: Dec 13, 2019

My first sale!

This is a monthly update for my portfolio.

No big changes made except for the sale of Memtech International at $1.06 to realize a profit of 38% approx. I sold Memtech just before its ex dividend date, anticipating a sell down and followed by a slow death. However, to my surprise, the price continued to hold.

The performance of REITs continues to be strong, breaking 52 weeks high continuously.

-Edited-

Memtech International CEO had decided to delist voluntarily by buying back shares at $1.35. Had I continued to hold, I would have realized an additional profit of approximately 30% include dividends.
